Each 3rd Wednesday of the month, Pemberton presents a lecture that celebrates the Eastern Shore. The series features local experts on history, science, environment and culture. Map and Compass Hike

Spring into Spring 5K Run/Walk

$15/early registration; $20/day-of registration

Celebrate the beginning of Spring and get moving! Participants will run/walk through the park's blooming nature trails of Eastern Shore wetlands, forests and meadows. All proceeds benefit PHP's Environmental Education Programs. The first 50 registrants will receive a race t-shirt. Star Gazers - Meteor Shower!

Learn more about the night sky and enjoy a night of fun activities, crafts, prizes, plenty of hot chocolate and a great view. This month features an awesome meteor shower! Amateur Spring Photo Contest

$12 for adults; $7 for children ages 5-16

Spring is finally here and the park is in bloom. Take some great pictures of our beautiful park and win some fun prizes! Categories include: Nature, History, Black and White, Close-up and People. First, second and third place prizes for each category. The more photos you submit, the better your chances! So take your best photos of the park in Spring and join us on Sunday, April 25 for conversation, photo viewing, judging and the award ceremony. Join Pemberton Historical Park's new Walking Club!

Our new Walking Club will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 A.M. and the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at 9:00 A.M. from May through October, allowing participants to enjoy the most beautiful sights, sounds and smells the park has to offer throughout the year.

Become a Walking Club member and:
