Pemberton Park Summer Camp
Pemberton Park Summer Camp is a day camp for children who enjoy exploring and learning about the natural world around them. There are Maryland summer camps available for children ages 4-14. Nature camps provide lots of learning opportunities and tons of hands-on outdoor fun! All Pemberton Park summer campers will receive a camp T-shirt, snacks and drinks each day. Each camp session (except 4-year old camps) includes a half-day of kayaking with Adrenaline High!
Nature Camp in 2010 will be better than ever! This year we have introduced two brand new camps, included kayak fishing and rock climbing to some of our camps and added two brand new counselors to our staff. We will also have new equipment for pond dipping and bug catching, an ant farm and butterfly display, a Kids Heritage Garden to be maintained by campers and so much more!
Camps fill up quickly, so please register early! Friends and Members of Pemberton Historical Park receive 10% discount on each camp session. Contact Kerri Liming at 410-860-2447for more Summer Camp information.
Before Care: 7:00 A.M.-9:00 A.M., $30/week.
After Care: 3:00-5:00 P.M., $50/week.

Please keep in mind that this is a nature camp, so your child will be spending most of his or her time outdoors. In the event of rain, we will still be holding some activities outside. Please send your child with the appropriate “outdoor apparel” (clothing that can get dirty and wet) every day. Be sure to apply sunscreen and bug spray on your child each morning before arrival at camp. You are also responsible for providing your child with a non-perishable lunch. In accordance with state COMAR regulations, we ask that you also please include an ice pack in your child’s lunch. We will provide a small snack each afternoon.
