Ranger Bob Kreiter is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park and has been teaching Environmental Education since 1979. Before coming to the Eastern Shore, Ranger Bob received training from the Smithsonian Institute at the National Zoo.
Ranger Bob's accolades include Volunteer of the Year for teaching at Pemberton Park and a Teaching Excellence Award from the State Board of Education.
Ranger Bob is a member of The American Camp Counseling Association, certified for canoeing and kayaking through the American Canoe Association, internationally certified as an archery instructor for the National Archery School Program and is currently working towards becoming a Master Bee Keeper.
When he's not volunteering at Pemberton Park, Ranger Bob enjoys getting as much sand in his shoes as possible at Assateague Island.
